The Welcome Collaborative (WC) is a new orientation program designed to help newly licensed physicians trained outside of Canada to integrate successfully into the Nova Scotian healthcare system. The webinar reviewed:
- the genesis of the program;
- the curriculum offered, and
- presented the recent results of the program’s participant experience.
The webinar was hosted by the National Newcomer Navigation Network and can be viewed or downloaded for free.
