Dr. Ade-Phillips, a family medicine specialist, attended the September session of the Welcome Collaborative.

Physicians participating in the Welcome Collaborative orientation program have access to a Learning Portal.  The online portal is a centralized hub providing resources, guidance, and community connection designed to support newly licensed physicians beginning their practice in Nova Scotia.

Once physicians gain access to the Learning Portal, they can use its resources for a full year. The Learning Portal provides ongoing engagement with the Welcome Collaborative’s support network. It gives participants an opportunity to interact directly with the materials, and it also serves as a forum for engagement among participants through discussion posts.

Participants can download materials to re-watch presentations and read helpful resources.
