Dr. Sanjana Sridharan and Dr. Mutiat Sulyman deliver the engaging session entitled “Sharing our Journeys into Practice” as part of the Welcome Collaborative. Dr. Sridharan, a psychiatrist, is the Section Head of Acute Care Psychiatry, Faculty of Medicine, Dalhousie University and Nova Scotia Health Central Zone and Dr. Mutiat Sulyman, also a psychiatrist, is the Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Accessibility Lead at Dalhousie University’s Faculty of Medicine.

Dr. Sridharan and Sulyman recently sat down with the Welcome Collaborative’s Director, Kris Lane, to discuss their experiences as physicians in Nova Scotia.
