Welcome Collaborative Renews CPD Accreditation Credits

Dr. Roy Mali, internal medicine specialist, at the March session of the Welcome Collaborative.
The Welcome Collaborative has successfully renewed its accreditation for continuing professional development credits. The renewed accreditation started with the March 2025 session and run until March 2026.
The accreditation renewal is a significant acknowledgement of the learning objectives of the Welcome Collaborative’s curriculum as well as the ongoing value to the professional development for all physician participants.
The orientation program has been certified by Dalhousie University Continuing Professional Development and Medical Education for up to 29.75 Mainpro+® certified activity credits. This is an increase from last year’s 20.0, or 21.0 MOC hours.
Accreditation was approved by both College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC) Mainpro+® and the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada Maintenance of Certification (MOC) Program
The next Welcome Collaborative takes place June 17-20, 2025 at the College.
